  • "I had abdominal scar release treatment with Ash and benefited greatly from it. Ash made me feel comfortable, explained everything really well and answered any questions I had. I noticed a difference after my treatment having had back and hip issues that have significantly decreased. I was 18 months post partum when completing my treatment and just wish I’d known about this sooner. Would highly recommend for any c section mama as a must! Love that she connects this treatment to her Pilates services as well."
